December, 2012

Shenzhen Xingweilai Technology Co., Ltd. was found. We focus on production, mainly for the domestic market.

April, 2016

Our products are popular in foreign countries then we have our own foreign trading department. The new company Shenzhen Howell Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd. was found.

August, 2017

Our R&D team has begun to explore the new application. After half a year efforts, we successfully launched our own BluecamCloud App. At the same time, we have ability to provide customers with OEM and ODM services.

September, 2017

We successfully pass the ISO9001:2008 certificate, it let’s focus on high quality products and better service.

Howell spent more cost on research and development, increased producing equipment and enhanced productivity.

Also successfully debugged AI smart IP camera with the cooperation with Beijing Ingenic Tech.
